Use Restrictions & Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to use the service to:

- Harassment: Harass, intimidate, threaten, stalk, or abuse other users
- Spam: Send unsolicited messages, promotional content, or commercial solicitations
- Harmful Content: Post content that is offensive, hateful, discriminatory, violent, or sexually explicit
- Privacy Violations: Share another user's personal information without their consent
- Fraud: Engage in fraudulent activities, scams, or financial solicitation
- System Abuse: Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of our service
- Automated Access: Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the service
- Commercial Use: Use the service for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
AI-Powered Features Disclaimer
affin ai uses artificial intelligence to enhance your experience, including:
- Generating compatibility scores and match recommendations
- Creating personalized profile suggestions and conversation starters
- Processing natural language searches through Ask·Match·Connect
- Analyzing interests and personality traits for better matching
Important Acknowledgment:
You understand and agree that AI systems are not perfect and may occasionally provide inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results. We continuously work to improve our AI algorithms, but we make no guarantees about their accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness in finding compatible matches. Human judgment should always be used when evaluating matches and interactions.
Intellectual Property & Content Rights
Our Rights
The affin ai service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, logo, and underlying technology, is owned by affin ai and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our service without our prior written consent.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the service (profile information, photos, messages). However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit, and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
Termination
Our Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Harassment or harm to other users

- Extended periods of inactivity
Your Right to Terminate
You may delete your account at any time through the in-app Settings menu. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy (typically within 30 days).

Notice of Changes: We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes by:

- Sending an email notification to your registered email address
- Displaying an in-app notification upon your next login
Your continued use of the service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service.
